Privacy notice
Red Cap Systems LLC, based in Costa Mesa, California, uses the information you send us only to respond to your project inquiry and to do the work you ask about.
What we collect
- Through the project form: your name, email address, and project description, plus anything optional you add, such as company, phone number, project city, and target date.
- When you email or call us: whatever you choose to send or tell us, including drawings and documents.
- Technical information that every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider uses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How the form works
When online form delivery is active, the form sends your details to the Red Cap Systems email inbox through an email delivery service, and we may send you a short confirmation with your reference number. To stop duplicate emails and automated submissions, the site keeps a short record of each inquiry: its reference number, a one-way code made from what was submitted, timestamps, and whether delivery was confirmed, plus hourly counters. These records don't include your name, contact details, or message, and they're deleted automatically, normally within two days.
Each inquiry also notes how you found the site, such as the campaign tag on a link you followed or the website that sent you, and the first page you visited. We use this only to see which outreach works. The site keeps it in your browser tab until you close it, never in a cookie.
If online delivery is not available, the form prepares an email in your own email app, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself. If the form can't load in your browser, the page shows our email address and phone number instead, and nothing is sent from the page.
Website measurement
We count how often the call, text, email, and copy buttons are used and how many form inquiries are accepted, along with the page and section where it happened and, for inquiries, how the visitor found the site. These counts don't include your name, contact details, message, IP address, or any identifier, and the site’s own code does not set cookies.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits and see which websites send visitors here. It doesn't use cookies or similar browser storage, and it doesn't fingerprint visitors.
Who handles it
We use Cloudflare to host this website, Resend to deliver form submissions to our inbox, and Microsoft Outlook for our email. The site uses fonts already on your device and does not request fonts from an external provider. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't add you to a mailing list.
- We don't use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels, and we don't allow third parties to track your activity across other websites. Because we don't track individual visitors, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and our follow-up notes as business records while we discuss, quote, or complete your project, and as needed for accounting and legal requirements.
