Common questions

How quickly will you get back to me?

We reply to quote requests within 2 business hours, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 6 pm. Requests that come in after hours are answered the next business morning. For anything urgent, call or text (949) 602-6451.

What do you need from me for a quote?

The site address or city, what's changing, and when it needs to be done. Floor plans, photos of the network closet, or an equipment list help, but they aren't required to start.

Will I get a price before work starts?

Yes. You receive a written scope with the work, the schedule, and the price, and work begins only after you agree to it.

Can you work after hours or on weekends?

Yes. Moves, swaps, and installs can be scheduled in the evening, overnight, or on a weekend when your business can't pause. Share your timing early so we can plan the crew.

What's included in the closeout?

We agree on the closeout before work begins. Depending on the scope, it can include before-and-after photos, test results for new cable runs, a port map tied to your floor plan, an equipment list with model and serial numbers, and notes on anything that needs follow-up.

We already have an IT provider. Can you work with them?

Yes, and we prefer to. Your IT provider keeps the accounts, servers, and security settings. We handle the on-site hardware, connections, and testing, and keep them informed at each step.

Do you handle both the old office and the new one?

Yes. Before move day, every workstation and network port at the old site gets a label. At the new site, each one is reconnected to its matching port and tested.

Which areas do you serve?

Los Angeles and Orange County are our hubs, and our crews work in both every week from our base in Costa Mesa. We take on projects anywhere else in California too, with travel planned into the scope. See where we work.

Do you work with MSPs and integrators?

Yes. We do installs, swaps, site surveys, and remote hands that follow your process, and return closeout notes in your format. See field support for MSPs and integrators.

Can you remove the old equipment?

Yes. We can remove equipment you no longer need, pack returns when a vendor requires it, and record serial numbers for your asset list.
